Other ideas I/other people came up with:
- Only drink water (post workout chocolate milk allowed).
- Go vegetarian.
- Bike everyday for 30 minutes.
- Run a mile in 8-12 minutes.
- Learn to knit and knit a scarf.
- From Roger: Write and send a letter/postcard to a different person everyday for a month.
- From Ashley: Random act of kindness month. It’ll make you better, and other people better. Or maybe I just like coke commercials. (I LOVE Coke commercials too…don’t worry.)

Involve your man and do a dinner/movie night every month. Rent a movie that is something neither of you have seen, but not a recent movie – something older.. or foreign and make a meal that goes with it.
Like, if you watch My Big Fat Greek Wedding, make stuffed grape leaves.
If you watch the Godfather, make a Giada dish. etc etc.
If you watch 16 Candles, make a birthday cake.
ha ha.
oh – and you both have to do this together.
